Water Audits

The first step we recommend is a complete water audit. Our expert team will analyse how your business currently uses water and how your current supplier charges you for this. We use these insights to provide preliminary Water Audit Report which outlines specific recommendations for reducing your water bills, usage and consumption. This includes a scope of work, projected costs and forecasted savings for any recommended improvements, so you can evaluate the return on investment. If you’re happy to proceed with the recommendations in your Water Audit Report, then our team will follow up with a secondary site survey to validate the details and finalise proposals for each project to be undertaken.

Water Use Survey

The next step of a Water Audit is a Water Use Survey – a full site evaluation to understand how water is used at your site(s). For clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors this survey details how water is used across the entire production process. The way you actually use water may differ from the way you have been billed in the past, so a Water Use Survey ensures that your future supplier is best suited to the way you operate today.

Water Bill Analysis

As part of our Water Audits, we conduct a detailed analysis of your historical water bills, including water supply, wastewater charges, and landlord and third-party charges dating back at least 12 months. Commercial water bills are often complex and lacking transparency, so we use this opportunity to identify any historical or hidden overcharges and claim for or those to be refunded. If your business operates across multiple sites we provide this analysis for each.
